Because our company is situated in Spain; Barcelona, our terms of service are in compliance with the Spanish Law of Personal Data Protection (Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal 15/1999) and the Information Society and Electronic Comerce Law (Ley 34/2002 de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y el Comercio Electrónico – LSSI).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using, browsing, viewing or otherwise interacting with any website or service that is run by Go and Connect, online as well as offline you agree to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). Go and Connect S.L. reserves the right to update the TOS from time to time without notice to you. In addition, the use of any particular service or part thereof provided by Go and Connect may be subject to additional Terms and conditions posted on the relevant service disclaimers.
The terms, conditions, guidelines and notices contained herein apply to the online services provided by Go and Connect through its websites.

Go and Connect currently provides a variety of online services, including, various communication tools, message boards, discussion forms, photo albums, calendars, diaries, and content delivery services through its network of websites (the “Service”). You understand and agree that the Service may include communications from Go and Connect, such as announcements of services and service changes, administrative messages, reminders specific to additional services you subscribed to, and that these communications constitute part of the membership to the Service and that you will not be able to opt out of receiving those communications. You also understand that the Service may include advertisements by Go and Connect and third parties and that these are necessary for Go and Connect to provide the Service.
Go and Connect assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, correctness, deletion, delivery or non delivery or failure to store any user communication, content or information sent, posted, uploaded or otherwise submitted to the Service by the user. The service is provided to you “AS-IS” and should you at any point not be satisfied with the quality, timeliness, and/or other properties of the Service, your only remedy shall be to cease using the Service.
3. Personal and Non-Commercial Use
The services provided to you by Go and Connect are, unless otherwise specified, for your personal and no-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, sub-license, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from any of the Go and Connect websites.
4. Registration Obligations
By registering with any website and/or service of Go and Connect you agree to provide timely, accurate, true, and complete information of yourself (“Registration Data”) as required by the registration forms and processes. 6. Memberaccount, Password and Security
Should any site of the Service require you to register, you will be asked to choose a nickname and password. This information will uniquely identify you when using any part of the Service of Go and Connect and you have the responsibility to keep this information secure and confidential.
It is also your responsibility to inform Go and Connect immediately, should you have reason to believe that any unauthorised party has obtained your password or is using your account. By opening an account with Go and Connect you accept full responsibility of all activities on your account or made in the name of your account. Go and Connect can not be held responsible for any loss or damage occurred through somebody using your account with or without your knowledge.
You may though be held responsible for any conduct or activities made on or through your account and can be held liable for any losses or damages to Go and Connect or third parties through such actions.
7. Termination
Go and Connect reserves the right to terminate at anytime with or without notice your password, account (or any part thereof) or us of the Service, and remove any Content from the Service, for any reason, including but not limited to, breach of these Terms of Service, prolonged discontinued use of the Service on your part or on behalf of a law enforcing agency. You agree that Go and Connect can cease to provide the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, and remove all content related to your account and bar any access to your account or files held within your account. You also agree that Go and Connect can not be held liable by you or any third party for any damages occurred due to the termination of your account.

You understand that Go and Connect can not be held responsible for the content or information contained on a website, accessed through a link to third parties published on any part of the Service. You also understand that these TOS only govern while you use the Service of Go and Connect and take no effect outside of the websites provided under the Service. The Go and Connect sites and services contain means of communicating and publicising information through email, message boards, discussion forums, photo albums, calendars, diaries, public profile information and other posting and email facilities. You understand that any data, information, pictures, audio, video, text, music, art or other materials (“Content”) are the sole responsibility of the individual publicising, transmitting, posting, submitting or communicating it. This means that you are responsible for any Content that you submit, post, publicise, upload or communicate through the Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree, that when using the Service, you will not:

Go and Connect is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the websites or member of the Service. Go and Connect assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications. Go and Connect is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the web and/or in connection with the Service. 12. Limitation on Liability

13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Go and Connect and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including attorney’s fees made by any third party due to or arising out of any Content you make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your violation of the TOS or any other terms or conditions, or your violation of the rights of another person or entity.

In addition, we use cookies on our site. Cookies are stored on your hard drive when using the Go and Connect website to allow the user to interact correctly with the website. They may also be used for statistical purposes and to send you new information about any of the Go and Connect websites. If you don’t want to receive new information or the Go and Connect monthly newsletter you can easily change your email preferences when going to ‘My Profile’.
You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, although in that case you will not be able to use several sections of the websites which require signing in, as the Service doesn’t recognize you as a member of Go and Connect.

16. General
The TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and Go and Connect and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and Go and Connect. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services or third-party content. The TOS and the relationship between you and Go and Connect shall be governed by the laws of Spain. You and Go and Connect agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the province of Barcelona, Spain. The failure of Go and Connect to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TOS is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the other provisions of the TOS remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the TOS must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
